Report to AAA · 787-620-2482AAA app / portal →- Call AAA at 787-620-2482 (or report it in the app / portal) and write down your querella (case) number.
- Save that number along with the date and time you reported.
- AAA has about 30 days to respond formally.
- If it isn't resolved, file a complaint with the OIPC: 787-523-6962.
- Safety: during a boil-water advisory, boil water for 1 minute; store water for drinking and cooking.
